Artist Statement
I started quilting in 1974 and I am self taught. I have traveled all over Texas and found material in places I visited, Dallas, Houston, San Antonio, Rockport and Corpus Christi. Texas theme materials are hard to find. I have collected this material for many years. I'm very proud to be a part of the contest for HLSR.
