I started with a basic nine patch to use up scraps I had and decided to use the black and white polka dot to make the colors pop.

Artist Statement
I wanted to use up my scraps so made some 9 squares and added the black and white polka dot to set it off. I love stars and making wishes. Just a fun small quilt for the grandkids to use when they visit.
