Artist Statement
In 2015 my boyfriend proposed! I was thrilled and inspired by an orange peel quilt exhibit at the International Quilt Festival in Houston. I decided to make a modern double wedding ring quilt to celebrate our upcoming marriage. Six years later the quilt is finally finished and we have been happily married for five and a half years
